A Renowned
Founder:-
The
Founder member –Rajinder Singh is a Law Graduate from the esteemed Faculty of
Law- Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He has extensive experience in
litigation and has been counselling some of the most publicized cases in India.
Over the years, he has earned a formidable reputation in criminal law practice.
He had been the Legal Coordinator of Rape Crisis Intervention Centre of Delhi
Police for more than 10 years. He has also delivered lectures at various
institutes including HR Academy of Delhi Police and has conducted conferences
in the UK on issues relating to matrimonial laws for Non-resident Indians. He
has successfully contested cases at London Court of International Arbitration
and has led Corporate Fraud Investigation Teams in Cyprus. He has also
undertaken numerous pro bono assignments for various clients which have added
to the stature and prestige of the Firm.
During
Rajinder’s school and college days, he had been a sportsperson of national and
international repute and won laurels for the country. In his spare time, he was
also a drummer with leading rock bands in India. He is an avid Golfer and a
Harley Davidson rider. He has given various presentations to teachers of
Government and Leading Private Schools on POCSO Act.
Awards and Rewards:-
- The Founder and Managing Partner of the firm have been honoured
with the award for “Excellence in Criminal Litigation” in CXO + GC Leadership
Summit 2018.
- The Firm has received the award for “Criminal Litigation Law
Firm of the Year” in December 2018.
The
Significant Partners:-
· The Significant Partners Moinuddin Khan began his career at Lex
Jurists ® in the year 2010, and with his commitment, discipline and toil he
earned a position of Partner in the Firm in 2017. He is successfully leading
the Civil Practice of the Firm and also catering to corporates for criminal law
advisory work. He has participated in the conferences on International Law and
practice areas in India.
· Nirpreet Kaur also began her career as an Associate at Lex
Jurists ® in the year 2013, and with her sheer dedication and hard work has
earned a position of Partner in the Firm in 2019. She qualified as a lawyer in
the year 2012 from Jamia Millia Islamia University and done her post-graduation
in IPR from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. She had been actively
involved in Criminal Litigation at trial Courts in the Firm. She is also an
External Member of IC’s of many corporates under the POSH Act.
· Mani Chander is a dual qualified attorney, admitted to the
practice of law at the New York State Bar and the Punjab & Haryana Bar
Council. She is an LL.M. graduate from the John W. Glynn Law & Business
Program of the University of Virginia and holds an LL.B. from Panjab
University, Chandigarh. Previously, Mani worked at the New York office of Duane
Morris where she worked on various corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
She is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast.
